Oh Christmas Tree!

Greetings, Glitterinas!

I have been whistling and working this afternoon.....

....on our tree!

Why do I feel happy just going out to the store room

and carrying all my tree choices into the house?

Hmmm, guess I'm just a silly ol' girl!

Oh well, what ever the reason, I've 

been a happy girl this afternoon.

Just the tree with the lights on and 

sitting in an old tin tub.

I used one of the lace tablecloths I was lucky enough 

to get from my sweet Mother in Law around 

the edge of the tub.

I thought it would look good and go well 

with all of the white and silver I 

wanted to use 

on the tree.

What do you think, Glitterinas?

Nice touch or not?

I used a spray of clear and pearly beads on the 

top of the tree. 

Next, I added some ribbons.

I usually have garland going around the tree, 

but, this year I decided to have pieces of ribbon 

running from top to bottom.

I added a few jeweled ornaments

and some strings of clear and pearl jewels.

These large crystal-ish snowflakes 

also found their way onto the tree.

Last but certainly not least.....

I added the pretty, glittered owls I made.

Aren't those eyes precious?

How pretty is this little owl who is 

perched near the top of the tree?

Our tree is simple and sparkly this year.

I like it.
