Black Cats and Broomsticks

Boo!

That's about as scary as things get around here
for Halloween!

I like fun Halloween

and cute Halloween

but not
anything gorey, icky, or scary.

I add cute black cats,

witchy-poo,

and smiling ghosts

to the autumn decorations
that I have in our house.

I pop in Halloween projects that I've
made over the years....

.....some were made for gifts....

.....some were gifts to me....

.....these spoons were old and grungy and could never
be used at table again......

....but they sure are cute, painted and glittered
 Halloween spoons!

I don't have lots of large items,
just small touches that add
Halloween fun around the house.

New this year are these Snoopy plates
from Pottery Barn Kids.....

Isn't Snoopy the cutest vampire you've ever seen?!?!

Last year I made these ghosts from paint stir sticks.....

They are a bit hard to photograph, but I hope you
can see their smiles ......
they are just so funny!

A seasonal banner decorates the big cabinet in the
dining room.....

.....this is a free download from
The ToyMaker by Marilyn Scott.....
check out her site, she is so talented!

She shared these as a match game which I printed out
for the grands.

I also printed out the cute images
and made a banner from it.

I do have a pet ghost!
She's not too spooky or scary.....now that the
grand~darlings are 11, 9, and 7 she's even a touch of fun!

If anything gets too scary for me, I have
a faithful sidekick who will protect me!

Sarge!

He helped me with the outside
Halloween
items I use in the yard.

We enjoy autumn and Halloween around
our house.....

I hope you enjoyed taking a look around
our house and maybe an idea was
sparked.....

something to make....

something to arrange.....

something new to try......

for your house!

I'm so glad you stopped by,
Glitterinas.....I appreciate you
taking time to open and read
Pink Glitter posts!

I think I'll go and make myself a mug of hot chocolate
 with some pumpkin spice marshmallows!

Until next time,
Tammy
